Office Manager

Limelight Productions is seeking a dynamic personality to fill a key role in the company's operation as an Office Manager/Inside Sales Assistant.

The Office Manager is the first point of contact for customers and vendors doing business with Limelight Productions answering phone, email, fax and postal inquiries. The Office Manager is also responsible for Limelight's social media presence (posting to Facebook, etc).

The Office Manager is responsible for the maintenance of office systems and supplies and the general operation of the office/reception areas at LPI.

In addition, the Office Manager provides support to the sales and service team, including acting as an Inside Sales Associate – answering inquiries, receiving routine orders and routing more complex ones to the appropriate staff. As a prime point of contact between Limelight and the public, the OM/ISA must have a sense of humor, ability to work with all types of personalities, including under stressful time pressures, and must have a basic understanding of the production and technical side of the entertainment industry and the range of products and services offered by Limelight.

The Office Manager also helps with various responsibilities and tasks in support of other staff efforts including assisting with copying, preparing packages and job submittals, coordinating travel arrangements, etc.
