Office Manager | Rigging Installer
The Office Manager is the first point of contact for customers and vendors doing business with Limelight Productions answering phone, email, fax and postal inquiries. The Office Manager is responsible for the maintenance of office systems and supplies and the general operation of the office/reception areas at LPI. In addition, the Office Manager provides support to the sales and service team, including acting as an Inside Sales Associate – answering inquiries, receiving routine orders and routing more complex ones to the appropriate staff. Experienced theatre rigger needed at Limelight Productions for installation of counterweight and motorized rigging systems in theatres, schools, studios, and commercial spaces. Candidates should have a range of rigging installation experience, a strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of technical drawings. Some travel required.
